Mango Puree with Big Flavor, Built for Formulation
Mango has a way of making a product feel instantly more tropical, but the right purée needs to do more than taste good.
Purée Arêté Mango Purée delivers strong, sweet mango flavor with no stringiness, making it a practical choice for food and beverage developers who want authentic fruit character without a fibrous texture getting in the way.
Use it to develop:
- RTDs and mocktails
- Fruited beers and fermented beverages
- Smoothies and functional juices
- Sauces and glazes
- Yogurt and dairy applications
- Ice cream, gelato, and frozen desserts
- Bakery fillings and confections
- Other tropical-inspired products
Whether mango is the lead flavor or part of a broader tropical blend, it adds sweetness, body, color, and unmistakable fruit character.
Flavor Pairings
Mango plays especially well with flavors that either brighten its sweetness or add contrast.
Try it with passion fruit, pineapple, lime, blood orange, ginger, coconut, peach, banana, guava, chili, vanilla, and tropical-forward hops.
Use citrus or passion fruit to sharpen the profile, coconut or banana for a softer, creamier direction, and ginger or chili when you want more contrast and complexity.

Nutrients Per 100g
Suggested Starting Point
For beer and fermented beverages, start at approximately 0.5–1.25 lb. of mango purée per finished gallon and adjust for the desired fruit intensity.
For RTDs, smoothies, juices, sauces, desserts, and other applications, begin with a pilot formulation and adjust based on how prominently mango should contribute flavor, sweetness, color, and body.
Use less when mango is supporting other tropical or citrus flavors. Use more when you want mango to lead.
Pilot testing is recommended before scaling to evaluate Brix, pH, viscosity, haze, filtration, mouthfeel, and finished-product stability.
