Fruit Purée for Baby Food Brands: FAQs

1. Do your fruit purées contain added sugar or preservatives?

No. Our fruit purées have no added sugar, preservatives or artificial ingredients. The sweetness comes from the fruit itself.

2. Where are your purées made?

Our purées are produced in Catskill, New York, in an FDA-registered facility, and they are kosher certified by the Vaad Kashruth of the Capital Region.

3. Are your purées certified organic?

No, our purées are not certified organic. On request we provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every production run, spec sheets with nutrition information and heavy metal results from an outside lab, an allergen statement and a Prop 65 letter. Contact us if your brand needs other documentation, and we’ll tell you what we can provide.

4. Which fruit purées work well for baby food?

Apple, pear, peach, apricot, plum, mango, blueberry, strawberry and pumpkin are popular choices. We can also create custom blends for pouches and cups.

5. What pack sizes do you offer for baby food manufacturers?

Our purées come in 40 lb bags and 400 lb drums, and the minimum order is one bag or one drum. Bag orders typically have a 3–5 day lead time and drum orders 7–10 days to the continental U.S.
